At Northern Horizon Adventure Company, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have established the following refund policy for our tours and services.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is made within the allowed timeframe before departure.
- The reason for cancellation falls under our refund guidelines (weather conditions, medical emergencies, etc.).
- The customer has provided the necessary documentation (if required).
2. Refund Policy for Cancellations by Customers
- 100% Refund if canceled 4 days before departure.
- 50% Refund if canceled 3 days before departure.
- No Refund if canceled within 2 days of departure.
Note: The refund amount may be adjusted based on non-refundable hotel bookings, transport, and other expenses already incurred.
3. Refund Policy for Cancellations by Northern Horizon AdventureCompany
In case Northern Horizon Adventure Company cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, security issues, or insufficient group size, customers will be offered:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- The option to reschedule the trip for a later date.
- A credit voucher for a future trip.
4. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If a traveler cancels after the trip has started.
- If a traveler is unable to join due to visa issues, personal reasons, or last-minute changes.
- If a traveler is removed from the tour due to violation of company policies, misconduct, or unsafe behavior.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, etc.).
- Transaction fees, bank charges, or third-party service fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
6. Modifications & Rescheduling
- Customers may request to reschedule their trip instead of canceling, subject to availability.
- Any additional costs due to changes in travel dates, accommodation, or transport will be communicated in advance.
